Fitness Ropes Instructions
 
1. Attached the Ropes to a secure support using a simple loop through knot (see video). 
 
2. Ropes should hang so that the handles are 1-1 1/2 ft from the ground. ( you can tie a loop in the ropes to change the length)
 
3. You can perform for a certain # of repetitions or continue for a certain amount of time.
 
4. There are plenty of exercises for you to make up a number of different workouts, depending on what areas you are targeting.
 
5. Best to start exercises with minimal body resistance.  The more you angle your body the more resistance is created.
